DY Patil (Deemed-to-be) University, eligibility criteria for BTech at the School of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics include:
- Passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board, securing a minimum 50% aggregate in all the subjects with Physics, Chemistry and English as compulsory subjects.
- The candidate should have cleared either Mathematics/ Biology in the Class 12 exam.
