The BDes admissions at DYPDC require candidates to appear for the DPU AIDAT to qualify for admissions. The aforementioned entrance exam is conducted by Ajeenkya DY Patil University to admit candidates for the BDes course. Any candidate who has passed 10+2 from any of the government recognised board is eligible to apply for BDes admissions at the institute.

The school accepts scores of multiple entrance exams for admission to BDes course. However, an applicant is just to secure a decent score in any one entrance exam. The names of the accepted entrance exam scores are: CMRU DAT/ NATA/ NID/ NIFT/ UCEED.

No, generally getting direct admission in Jain Deemed-to-be University School of Design Media and Creative Arts is not possible. Candidates must appear for the JET exam to take admission in any of the courses offered by the college and achieve a valid aggregate in the same.
