School of Law, UPES admissions are entrance based. To get admission in UPES School of Law the aspirant must meet the cut off requirement of the accepted entrance test (ULSAT-LLM/ ULSAT/ CLAT/ CUET-PG/ CLAT- PG / CUET). The final selection is done on the basis of personal interview. However, LLB admissions are merit-based.

The selection criteria of LLB programme at UPES Law School is merit-based. The scores of last qualifying exams are evaluated for admission. After the merit-based selection, personal interviews are conducted.

The eligibilty requirement of LLB at UPES Law School is to complete Class 10 and Class 12 with 50% aggregate. Students also have to complete graduation. The candidate should complete graduation with 50% aggregate or equivalent.
