Candidates seeking admission to BBA LLB (H) course of UPES School of Law need to have a valid score of ULSAT/CLAT/LSAT. The university may also select candidates based on merit in the last qualifying examination. Apart from this, the students must meet the eligibility requirements to be eligible for the course. Aspirants who are Class 10 and Class 12 pass with a minimum of 50% aggregate are eligible to apply. In addition, the qualifying exam should have been passed by a recognised board.

Candidates can apply online for UPES School of Law admission. The school offers BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons), BCom LLB (Hons) and LLB programmes in several specialisations of Law. UPES School of Law admissions are entirely entrance-based. The result will be declared as per the schedule, and based on the merit obtained and subject to meeting the minimum eligibility conditions, the candidate will be provisionally admitted to the programme after paying the requisite yearly tuition fee.

The candidates can choose preferred electives in the first and second semester of the course. In the first semester, one elective has to be selected. UPES law school offers admission to its LLM programme on entrance score basis. The accepted exams are ULSAT-LLM/CUET/CLAT-PG. Candidates who have passed Class 10, Class 12, and bachelor's degree from a recognised board with at least 50% aggregate. The eligible candidates can proceed with the application formalities.
