With a 98.8 percentile in JEE Paper 2 and as an OBC NCL female candidate, you have a good chance of getting into SPA Delhi, but it depends on the specific programme (B.Arch or B.Planning) and the competition in that particular year.

SPA Delhi has adequate sports facilities so that students can enhance their skills in the field of sports. The school offers sports facilities for basketball, badminton, volleyball, a gym garden, table tennis, and billiards.

Students living on the campus of SPA Delhi need to pay hostel and mess fees. As per a PDF available on School's official website. SPA Delhi hostel fee and other charges are as follows:
- hostel room rent- INR 20000
- Electricity and water charges- INR 10000
- Mess Deposit - INR 5000
- Mess Establishment Charges- 16940
- Mess Food Charges Advance- INR 20000
