Admission to most of the programmes of SPA Delhi is entrance-based. The institute considers scores in GATE/ CEED for M.Arch and MPlan, JEE Main (Paper-II)/ DASA UG for BArch, CEED for MDes and JEE Main (Paper-II) for BPlan programmes. Hence, entrance exam scores are required for admission in UG or PG courses at the institute. Selected candidates are requirement to participate in the counselling rounds and pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the institute.

With a 98.8 percentile in JEE Paper 2 and as an OBC NCL female candidate, you have a good chance of getting into SPA Delhi, but it depends on the specific programme (B.Arch or B.Planning) and the competition in that particular year.

SPA Delhi has adequate sports facilities so that students can enhance their skills in the field of sports. It has indoor and outdoor sports facilities to engage students in their free time. The school offers sports facilities for basketball, badminton, volleyball, a gym garden, table tennis, and billiards. The Sports Cell also encourages informal sports activities such as cycling city tours, inter–class cricket matches, and more.

Students residing on the campus of SPA Delhi need to pay the hostel and mess fees. As per a PDF available on the School's official website, SPA Delhi hostel fee and other charges are as follows:
- Hostel Room Rent: INR 20,000 (UG & PG)
- Electricity & Water Charges: INR 10,000
- Mess Deposit: INR 5,000
- Mess Establishment Charges: 16,940
- Mess Food Charges Advance: INR 20,000
