In order to get admitted into the B.Plan programme at SPA Delhi, one has to have a good score in JEE Main Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Plan). In general, rank within the range of 300-500 in the general category is usually needed, which amounts to a score of 250+ out of 400.

The cut-offs have different levels from category to competition to seat availability; lower ranks sometimes are okay when the performance is in a good manner for the other reserved categories- OBC, SC, or ST. 

For reserved categories: maths, aptitude, and drawing with maximum performance improve chances.

SPA Delhi facilitates foreign candidates admissions to BPlan via DASA. Currently, DASA 2026 cutoff is not out. The same will be updated here once the data is released. Based on current trends, the cutoff may range form 1 - 50 for BArch and 50 - 150 for BPlan. This is based on info from sources on web and is subject to change.

SPA Delhi has a total of 44 seats under BPlan programme. This shows that only 44 students can take admission in the porgramme in a single academic year. Moreover students must note that stated seat intake is as per official sources. However it is subject to change.

Yes, the School of Planning and Architecture Delhi  (SPA Delhi) reserves a certain amount of seats for candidates belonging to the physically challenged category. As per the official brochure, five percent of the total seats are reserved for Physically Challenged Persons. Such candidates must furnish the proof while reporting for the document verification process. 

In order to get a BPlan seat at SPA Delhi, students must follow the below-mentioned steps:

1. Eligibility check: Begin with ensuring that you satisfy the eligibility criteria.

2. Application process: Fill out the institute-level application form available on the official website.

3. JEE Main Paper-II: Register and appear for the JEE Main Paper-II.

4. JoSAA Counselling: Participate in the JoSAA counselling.

4. Reporting: If allocated a seat, report to the institute for verification of documents and payment of fees.

Aspirants who have applied for admission at SPA Delhi and have a valid JEE Main Paper-II scores have to further participate in JoSAA Counselling. The students are allotted seat based on their JEE scores and availability of seats. Selected candidates have to report at the campus and pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the institute.

The final selection of students for the SPA Delhi BPlan programme is subject to verification of documents. Thus, students must report to the institute with the following documents for verification purposes:

• Class 10 and 12 marksheets
• Copy of Aadhaar Card
• Copy of admit card issued by the JEE Main
• Transfer certificate
• Migration certificate
• Category certificate
• Physical fitness certificate
• Anti-ragging affidavits

SPA Delhi BPlan admissions begin with application process. Interested students can download application form from institute's official website or collect it in person from institute's admission office. Students must fill out the required field and submit form at the school center. After which they must pay the application fees.
