Seventh graders have to score a minimum of 75% in their 12th-grade examination for admission to the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) institutions.

One can say for example that SPA Bhopal specifically requires a minimum of 60% in the master's in planning, architecture, technology, or design, or 55% in B.Arch./B.Plan along with five years or more of experience.

Likewise, SPA Delhi requires a minimum of 50% aggregate in Class 12 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. Thus, a 12th-grade percentage of less than 75 would be unable to meet the minimum eligibility for admission in these institutions.

Although admission at Chitkara School of Planning & Architecture is competitive, you may be able to apply if you meet the prerequisites and do well on the entrance exams, such as JEE Main Paper 2 or NATA. Candidates with a strong academic background and, if applicable, a strong portfolio are sought after by the institution. Nonetheless, given the reputation of Chitkara, there may be fierce competition, particularly for general category seats. Your chances of getting admitted are increased by preparation and timely application submission.
