The fee for the MPlan course is INR 2.36 lakh. This fee is calculated as per the first semester fees. Additionally, the hostel fee is INR 1.23 Lacs and students also have to pay a one-time fee of INR 20,000. Further, this fee is as per the data available from unofficial sources. Hence, is indicative. The SPA Delhi M.Arch placements 2024 report has not been released yet. However, the NIRF report 2024 is out. According to that, 157 students were placed during SPA Delhi PG placements in 2023. The selection for M.Arch is based on GATE score, hence, a candidate with an exam score is preferred. However, it is not compulsory. Candidates with CEED scores are also eligible to apply. Admission is only through either of these exams. Additionally, the student shall also meet the eligibility requirements. At the time of admission, students shall have the respective exam scorecard with them.
Moreover, applicants are also reviewed base on their portfolio of work, personal interaction with faculty and/or written test, interest and motivation for the chosen study, and work experience.

Admissions to M.Arch courses at SPA Delhi are made based on a valid GATE/CEED score. Moreover in order to be eligible a student must have BArch or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, Fine Arts from a recognised university or equivalent. Additionally the students must have a valid GATE/CEED score. See the table below to know more:
