Admission to all the popular courses such as BArch and MArch is through national-level exams such as GATE/CEED/CEED/ JEE Main (Paper-II). However, for the PhD course, admission is merit-based.SPA Delhi BArch admission is based on entrance exam. Candidates are also required to have completed Class 12 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. The selection for M.Arch is based on GATE score, hence, a candidate with an exam score is preferred. However, it is not compulsory. Candidates with CEED scores are also eligible to apply. Admission is only through either of these exams. Additionally, the student shall also meet the eligibility requirements. At the time of admission, students shall have the respective exam scorecard with them.

Moreover, applicants are also reviewed base on their portfolio of work, personal interaction with faculty and/or written test, interest and motivation for the chosen study, and work experience.

Admissions to M.Arch courses at SPA Delhi are made based on a valid GATE/CEED score. Moreover, in order to be eligible a candidate must have a BArch or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Fine Arts from a recognised university or equivalent. The fee is INR 2.36 lakh. This fee amount comprises just the tuition fee. Additionally, for the hostel facility, a fee of INR 1.23 Lacs has to be paid along with the one-time payment of INR 20,000.
