For 2024, AIIMS Delhi R1 closing cut off was 47 for General category candidates in All India quota for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi. NEET cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

Well, I really don't think so. But you can opt for private tutors to cover your syllabus. In fact, you can opt for home tuition also.
