Of course the ranking depends on percentile but more than one student can have the same percentile and in such scenario, national testing agency has a formula to break this tie and then award ranking. Your present time is quite good and I am sure with this percentile you are ranking also would be quite hi but then your ranking amongst the SC category of students will count and not your CRL ranking.
