You will get Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering. Your MHT CET score should be below 140 to 150 to get admission in computer Science engineering in Mit-Wpu Pune. The cutoff marks for CSE rises every year based on the performance of all the students. The cutoffs are based on your rank, not your marks and the latest cut off is 92253.

The pass marks in each subject of external examination shall be 33%. In case of a subject involving practical work a candidate must obtain 33% marks in theory and 33% marks in practical separately in addition to 33% marks in aggregate in order to qualify in that subject. So from above you have scored 36 marks out of 70, which is about 51%. So you will be passed clearly. The marks you obtained out of 30 will also added.
