One of the most important prerequisites is a Bachelor's degree in any field i.e. B.A. B.Com, B.Tech, B.E, B.A. B.Sc. LL.B. Etc. With minimum of 50 percentage marks. This is a mandatory prerequisite without which you will not be eligible for an MBA in marketing or apply for any MBA course.

Yes, you can get admission in some of the private colleges. They will charge a quite a lot of money. But will provide better placements and packages. And some of them doesn't require any Entrance exams.

NID that Entrance Syllabus for prelims include topics like Drawing fundamentals, Innovation in design, Theme development, Exercises on imagination, Graphics & pictograms, Principles of composition, Design theory, etc. So there is no any relation between CET and NID that exam syllabus. Please prepare separately.
