There is no set cutoff as such but the average board percentage lies somewhere around 92% for both the present batches. However, there are people with board scores as low as in the 70s. Ashoka's selection procedure is holistic and lays equal stress on both academics and curriculars. If you have a slightly low score in the boards but are exceptional in curriculars and the admissions team sees that you have potential, you will be selected.

Candidates belonging to the (Unreserved) your category, should have scored 50 per cent marks for the reserved category candidates (SC/ST), minimum of 40 per cent marks are required and for the OPH category 45 per cent marks are required.

The entrance exam conducted by Acharya Nagarjuna University is called ANUPGCET. Its stands for Acharya Nagarjuna University Postgraduate Common Entrance Test. In order to offer admissions in various PG courses of various streams, this test is conducted at the state level by ANU. A minimum Acharya Nagarjuna University cutoff of 1436th rank is required for the general category students.
