Yes, you are eligible for the CSIR NET after a B.Sc. (honors)
CSIR NET Educational Qualification:
M.Sc, BE/B.Tech, Integrated BSMS BS-4 Years, B.Pharma MBBS or an Equivalent Degree. While preparing for the CSIR UGC NET exam, you should know the complete syllabus. It helps you prepare a study plan for CSIR NET life sciences. For CSIR NET Life Science, you can earn 70 points in Part B and 100 points in Part C. Candidates must have completed 10+2 education with at least 50% marks aggregate in 5 subjects out of which 4 subjects Physics Chemistry Mathematics English are mandatory subjects. So, yes you're eligible for mathematics hons if you had these subjects.

You can take admission in Apex university
Minimum 45% in 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognised Board / University / Council. Passed in 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognized Board / University /Council. Obtained at least 45% for General 42%for OBC & 40% for SC, ST.
