You must done your Bsc from a recognised university and have the degree of the the bachelor in microbiology from the same, though the admision is through the merit list with 60 percent in your 12th grade.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Selection to B.Sc. (Hons) in Agriculture, B.Tech is done on the basis of EAMCET entrance examination. Admission to B.Sc. (Hons) in Community Science is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. For admission to second year in B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture, candidate need to qualify AGRICET for which they need to have passed Diploma in Agriculture. Whereas admission to second year of B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering is given on the basis of AGRIENGGCET conducted by the university. Candidates need to qualify Diploma in Agricultural Engineering.

Dear aspirant, There is no hard and fast rule that you have to have Math subject in class 12th in order to pursue BCA. But few universities prefer those candidate for admission who have Math in their 12th. Students from any streams take this course and study it. The most recent B.Sc in Nursing cutoff is 54% for General, 43-50% for OBC, and 30-40% for SC/ST categories.
