Most of the people do M.Sc. After B.Sc. I would suggest you to go with your interest. IF you want to become a teacher in any School, then you can do B.Ed. Otherwise, you can pursue M.Sc. And later Ph.D. After that you can become a research Scholar or teach in a University as an Assistant Professor.

B.Ed degree after graduation will be more beneficial as you will be able to get posted right after completing B.Ed. While if you're aspiring for research I. e Ph.D. then go for M.Sc. Hope it helps.
