Hi Siddartha!
There are around 12 college in Karnataka which offers forensic Science courses but unfortunately all are in regular mode and not distance because forensic Science is an applied and practical course. However there is one institute Gratisol Labs, Bangalore which offers some cool online Certificate and Diploma courses which are fully online and you can check more details here

If I am not wrong then I think you are asking about Kalinga University with some typo error because there is no such any Kalina University in India at least to my knowledge. Your question is not clear about the type and level of exams that you are asking. But as you have mentioned about the HP board so you might be looking for exams after 10+2 level. Here are few suggestions about the exams which you can appear after 10+2 having non medical background:
You can go for engineering courses like B.Tech, BE, Diploma, Polytechnic etc. You can opt for NDA exams or you can go for Law or other professional courses. Other non-medical options may include B.Sc. B.Com or B.A. Etc. Happy to help you more if you post more clearly. Happy Questioning!
