We Indian prefers Canada in most cases for higher studies. Yes, it is affordable, but it will be much costlier than India. You can go for Krezystan also for cheaper studies.

Eligibility for B.Sc. In Biotechnology
Candidates aspiring to pursue the course are required to meet the minimum eligibility criteria listed here. *A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates) at both Higher Secondary and Senior Secondary (classes X and XII) levels. *Biology, Physics & Chemistry as main subjects at 10+2 level, with a minimum aggregate score of 60%in these three.

No, you need to apply separately for both of the courses. If you want to go for B.Sc, B.Ed, then apply for that only. If you are interested in M.Sc Ed from Mysore, then you should go for this only. Applying at two places is just a waste of money. Best of luck.

Well, you can do any of the following things, UG: When opting for Undergraduate you can choose from the following courses, B.Sc. Physics
B.Tech physics
Any engineering course with physics and mathematics. Astrophysics (if you are 100% sure on your ambition).
PG: For Postgraduate you have the following choices, M.Sc. Physics and then specialization in astrophysics. M.Tech astrophysics.
