Yes, as you have queried, Public Universities in Germany do not charge any tuition fees. However, one may have to pay a token towards administrative charge. The total fees for this college in this course is around 1.5 Lacs per annum, this is the fees for the tuition fees only for all the other charges you have to pay extra as according to the facilities you avail, yes, there is scholarship also there is UP government scholarship available here.
