Maybe not, NASA. But ISRO releases vacancies each year for various M.Sc Graduates from various streams. For NASA, B.Tech, then a degree in necessary field from a foreign University will help.

You can work in a lab as an assistant for a factory or school. You can attempt government exams for various posts and vacancies. These are the only major jobs you can do. Although you won't get them easily.

If your current college is affiliated to MGU, only then it is possible to do so. But then again, you will have to check if there are seats vacant in MGU and state a proper and solid reason for the change.
