Yes, you can do B.Sc in computer science as the requirements are 10+2 with PCM and percentage should be greater than 60%.

You can get private engineering college but it will be tough to get placed in company because maximum companies allow only those who had at least 55% aggregate in class 12th. If you have then you can go for private college.
