I'm sorry to tell you that 59.6% is way too low for admission in any course in Delhi University. Look for some other institutions, mostly private institutions.

COMEDK exam is simple as compared to others you have to focus on basic of physics, chemistry, biology

Yes, you will be deemed eligible upon clearing the CAT and IRMASAT cut-off (conducted by the college). The cut-offs are determined by the college based on applications.

Bachelor of Commerce or B.Com. Is a 3-year undergraduate degree in Commerce, the minimum eligibility for which is passing of Higher Secondary Examination with Maths and English as core subjects. See, MBA is a stream which in today's world consists of various streams. I too was in the paramedical stream and now doing MBA. If you want to earn well and you are fluent in English then only go for MBA.

Basic eligibility for admission to Tolani Maritime Institute for Diploma in Nautical Science is that candidate should have secured 60% marks in class 12 with mandatory subjects : Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
Candidate must have secured minimum 60% marks in mandatory subjects and must have studied English as a subject either in Class X or Class XII with securing at least 50% marks.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview based 10+2 marks and rank obtained in Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMUCET).
Final Selection:
Candidates are selected based on 10+2 marks, IMUCET rank, medical fitness as per DGS n

The NID Entrance Exam has already been held for 2018 batch and there is no other way to get admission in NID now. You may apply next year if you are interested. The forms are usually out in the month of September.
