Hello Ayan,
Eligibility for admissions to AME courses is 12th with PCM from any recognized board. NIOS is surely a recognized board and you will have no difficulty in getting admission in the three year AME course based on this. For admission in this course, you need to have passed 12th with Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics. Admission is based on the marks obtained in 10+2.

Hello Arnab,
This is quite an old institute in the field of education, almost since independence. Its course is not B.Tech but would be three years course with perhaps B.Sc in AME.
For this field, there are tremendous job opportunities in India, and you should take admission if you are getting it.
