Yes. Samalkha Group of Institutions - Admission Office does offer lateral entry for its BTech programme. Students can get direct entry into the second year of the programme provided they satisfy the admission criteria for the same. The below-mentioned points mention the eligibility criteria of the programme:

  • Passed Diploma from a recognised institution with a minimum aggregate of 45% (42.75% for reserved categories) in the relevant field of Engineering/ Technology
  • Passed BSc from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 45% (42.75% for reserved categories) and must have studied Mathematics in Class 12

Samalkha Group of Institutions - Admission Office BTech eligibility criteria is merit-based. Students need to meet the basic eligibility to get admission into the institute. The basic eligibility requires students to pass Class 12 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Further, students must have studied Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Technincal vocational subjects as well. Candidates need to have scored 45% (42.75% in case of reserved categories).

Samalkha Group of Institutions - Admission Office application fees is INR 850. The fees is same across all of the offered courses and their respective specialisations. Students can opt to make the payment through several modes, such as online, cash, or Demand Draft. The DD needs to be drawn in favour of "Nav Nirman Sewa Samiti" payable at Delhi. Direct admission into SGI - Samalkha Group of Institutions is available in some programs but is not always offered in all programs.

 Management Quota: Some institutions have management seats that are open to only a few students. Management quota seats are completely at the discretion of the institution and will be filled up based on the preference of the institution. It will cost more money.
