Sha-Shib Group follows gudelines from state and central government regulatory bodies like AICTE, DGCA, NCTE, DTE, UGC, and affilated universities for admission to undergraduates, postgraduates, license, and certifiactes course at approved institutes.
Admissions are based on merit and can be found on individual institutes websites.

The seat intake for the Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) at Hindustan Aerospace and Engineering, Sha-Shib Group of Institutions, is 60 for each specialization, namely Avionics and Mechanical (B1.1). The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has approved this course, and the institute offers AME programs in these two specializations, with a seat intake of 60 for each. The Sha-Shib Aviation Academy (SAA) in Kochi, Kerala offers five courses:-
1). Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME): Two-year course with a total fee of ?4 lakh,
2). Airhostess and Hospitality Training: One-year course,
3). Pilot Training,
4). Aeronautical Engineering (AE),
5). BBA in Aviation Management,
The average annual fee for all five courses is ?2,08,000.

The Sha Shib Aviation Academy, Sha-Shib Group of Institutions, Kochi offers scholarships to students who score 80% and above in class 12th. The scholarship is a 10% fee concession.
The academy also offers other scholarships based on SSAT scores: -
1. Diamond Scholar: 20% scholarship for scores above 85%,
2. Gold Scholar: 15% scholarship for scores above 70%,
3. Silver Scholar: 10% scholarship for scores above 65%,

Sha-Shib Scholarship and Aptitude Test (SSAT):-This exam is conducted to identify deserving candidates for scholarships for graduation, post-graduation, and license courses. The SSAT 2024 offers up to ?4 crore in scholarships.
This scholarship is provided by the Sha-Shib Flying Academy based on the Sha-Shib Flying Academy - Common Entrance Examination (SFA-CET). The scholarship is in the form of a tuition fee waiver.
Students who score 80% or more in class 12th receive a 10% fee concession.
