Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi, has a relatively good placement record. The placement cell of the college actively works to connect students with top companies for internships and full-time positions. Many reputed companies from sectors such as banking, IT, consulting, marketing, and FMCG visit the campus for recruitment. Though the package will not be very competitive to some of the big and better colleges, in such a college students manage decent and fairly competing paychecks to make the grade. Most the campus and intern active goers receive high opportunity places with very great skills about employment.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh College is one of the good options for studies in administration mainly due to its complete curriculum and the experience of its faculty members. There are a great number of courses in this college, such as B.A. in Political Science and Economics, which falls under the ambit of the administrator. It has received an 'A' grade through NAAC. There's a great placement record attached to this college. A graduate, in B.A., bags an average amount of almost 5.4 Lacs per year. Which gives an indirect positive sign related to administrative grounds, making careers successful in administrations.

In the recently conducted recruitment season, around 200 students have been placed through the placement cell that collaborated with many employers. Prominent among them were Deloitte and KPMG, and this made graduates' chances of jobs increase multifold. While the mean package reflects a decent result, it is highly differentiated by individual performance and specialisation within the arts stream, suggesting that B.A. graduates have a competitive job market.
