There is no such restriction on maths particularly, but yes you should have maths as a subject in 10+2, and for minimum percentage go through the past cut off of JAT available on DU website.

Applicants must obtain aminimumof 60 per cent in the qualification examination. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/CW/PwD category requires minimum of 55 percent, while OBC (Non-creamy) category candidates require 54 per cent, at the senior secondary level.
