I would suggest Shaheed Bhagat Singh College as in TISS, BA Social Sciences course is quite general in nature and it and it is not only political Science but also economics, history, etc. There is no honours degree in BA Social Sciences course in TISS. As you have said that you have a particular interest in political science, I think you should take up BA honours course from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College.

Read newspaper daily for current affairs, as well as you will have to revise some of your NCERT books for general knowledge.
You must have a grasp in Reasoning, English, and some conceptual Mathematics.
And you should have to choose Arihant publication books for JAT.
(Delhi University BMS entrance test book by Arihant).
Hope this helps.

Hey Saksham,
Sometimes, it also depends on the number of people opting out this course from other colleges.
At least you need 150 rank and sometimes, it is 200 rank.
