The best college as compared to Malaviya National Institute of Technology. There are many reason to vote for VIT Chennai for B.Arch course. The big reason is that it is the only private college in India, where 90% of faculty members have Ph.D. degrees. It means that almost all the faculty members here are extremely qualified and have industry expose. There is no such thing as placement, especially in B.Arch top institutions like SPA and IIT's. NIT's do give their students campus placements but that too really few in number, normally one gets a job after completing an internship programme for an architectural firm.

There are various job as well as self-practicing options are available to the students having completed the B.Arch from any of the college, and for the CCA the most interesting thing is that this college helps in you getting placements as well as funds for self-practicing also.

From all the college that you have mentioned above, I'll prefer you to opt for the Chandigarh College of Architecture (CCA), as CCA is better, then the NIA in terms of placements, infra and faculty.

Hi, you need to be qualified in NATA/ IIT JEE paper 2 exams along with a decent class 12th score to get admission in Architecture. The council of architecture guidelines says: Only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch. Course. I. Qualified through the recognized aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent)
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below: (a) Secured 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination. Starting Salary of an architect is around 2 - 2.5LPA.

Firstly, you need to register for NATA exams/JEE paper 2 exams and qualify in it to seek admission to a 5 year B.Arch Degree course, once the course is completed you become an Architect. A fresher architect in the field earns around Rs. 15000-20000 per month, with 5 years' experience an architect earns around Rs. 7 lakh/annum, with 10 year experience an architect earns around Rs. 10 lakh/annum, and so on with the higher experience the salary keeps growing.
