Shiv Nadar University BA admission process starts with the application process. Students wanting to register for the SNUSAT exam can fill out the application form available at the university’s official website. Next, students must appear for the exam. The test runs for 121 minutes and contains the following sections:
- Verbal Reasoning: 30 minutes
- Quantitative Ability: 36 minutes
- Abstract Reasoning: 40 minutes
- Essay: 15 minutes

Shiv Nadar University has reserved 100 seats under its BA programme. These seats are distributed among various specialisations namely English, Sociology, History, and English. Each specialisation carries equal seats. Moreover, these seats are allocated based on scores in SNUSAT/SAT/CUET/ACAT followed by an interview round at the campus. One of Shiv Nadar University's most popular specialisations is BTech CSE. Candidates can apply using their JEE Mains results to be considered for admission to Shiv Nadar University's BTech programme. The candidate is qualified for direct admission if their score is 80 percent or higher. The percentage required for admission to various courses depends on the course selected by the students. For the undergraduate courses Class 12 with a minimum of 45%-75% aggregate is accepted by the university along with the various entrance exam scores. For postgraduate courses, a minimum of 60% aggregate in graduation is accepted by the university. The accepted entrance exams for admission to various courses is GATE, TNEA, and others.

Shiv Nadar University does not offer direct admission to any of the programme. BTech CSE is one of the popular specialisations of SNU. Candidates are required to either qualify JEE Main or CUET/ SAT/ SNUSAT. Now, is 82 percentile enough in JEE Main to get a seat in BTech CE programme of SNU Noida. The chances are low. As per the information collated from multiple sources, aspirants must score 90 & above percentile for getting into a specialisation like Computer Science. Besides, aspirants with 98 percentile in JEE Main. can avail SNU Scholarship providing 25% waiver in tuition fee.
