B.Tech Part-Time After Diploma

The AICTE rules state that those who already possess an engineering diploma are qualified to apply for the BTech part-time degree. Students need to get a passing score on an entrance examination that is given on a national basis in order to be admitted into the part-time BTech program.

Yes, NIFTs are centrally funded institutions with fees that might be slightly higher compared to state university like Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University, but placement record of NIFT Mumbai is much better.NIFT Mumbai is more expensive than Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University. The fee structure for NIFT Mumbai's B.Des course for non-NRI students is approximately INR 12.77 lakhs for four years. Both NIFT Mumbai and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University have their strengths. NIFT Mumbai is renowned for its fashion education, while Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University offers a broader range of programs across various disciplines. The choice depends on your specific field of interest and the programme you're looking to pursue.

B.Tech degree from NMIMS Shirpur might not be as useful because NMIMS of Shirpur is considerably a new college and still is getting its validity and credibility in the job market place while Shivaji University is old and established and is also more affordable than NMIMS. So, go for the Shivaji University.
