Considering faculty, teaching pedagogy, syllabus and placement Shri Ramswaroop Memorial College of Engineering and Management, UP is a better choice.

Direct admission is not appreciated.
You should choose SRMCEM in the counselling procedure for AKTU and you will be allotted college if you are eligible.
The study atmosphere in this college is very pleasant and faculties are well experienced.
Placements are good as well.

In terms of academics, SRMCEM is the best college in UP.
It has strict rules and regulations and unlike other colleges, the complete syllabus is taught by experienced faculty members.

No, you need to qualify for UPSEE. There are no mangaement quota from year 2017 as per AKTU guidelines.
If you have qualified UPSEE you must contact college officials and proceed for your admission .
Also , you can get admission through counseling of AKTU through JEE Mains.
