United University offers a variety of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate courses. The university is known for its MBA, B.Tech, BBA, and other programs. The fee range lies from INR 80,000 - 5,10,000 for different courses.
There are 6 faculties at SHUATS, with 60 academic departments, 15 constituent schools, and 4 centers for advanced research. The University provides undergraduate, graduate, certificate and diploma, and doctoral programs in a variety of subjects. The fee range lies between INR 32,000 - 48,50,00 for different courses.
Comparing both the colleges SHUATS, Allahabad is more expensive than United University.

The top courses offered by SHUATS Allahabad are
MBA/PGDM- which consist a total of 13 courses, out of which the most opted ones are agriculture business, general amd dairy management.
B.E./B.Tech - which consist a total of 14 courses, and the top ones are computer science, food technology, agricultural engineering, biotechnology, and dairy technology.
Then there are B.Sc., M.Sc. pharmacy and other Diploma courses available.

SHUATS Allahabad is moderately costly if compared to modern day other colleges available, the total tuition fees for BTech is around 5 Lacs for whole programme, apart from that there are some registration fees of 5000, one time payment of 10000 and 3500 examination fees per semester, and it is same almost for all courses except the tuition fees, varies differently for different courses.

The placement stats for SHUATS Allahabad for year 2020 are as follows-
For 4 year engineering programms, out of 504 students 299 students were eligible and 100 got placed and 35 opted for higher studies with a median salary of 3LPA.
For 2 year engineering program, out of 144 only 35 students were eligible and out of which only 1 got placed with package of 3.1 LPA and 5 went for higher studies.
For 2 year MBA programmes, out of 24, 21 students were eligible and 11 got placed with median salary of 3.7 LPA.
For 4 year pharmacy programme, out of 60 students 31 were eligible and 5 got placed with median salary of 1.46LPA amd 5 opted for

SHUATS offers MBA in 3 different fields with total 190 seats in total and the fees for whole programme lies around 2.5 Lacs rupees. Providing 60%+ placements with an average package of 3.5 LPA. Which is pretty good in it's own.
On the other hand GBPSSI offers MBA in rural development with total of 46 seats available, and the fees for the whole programme is roughly 86 thousand rupees.and the placement records are marvellous with 95%+ and generally 100% placement records with an average package of 5 LPA.

Total 190 students can do MBA from SHUATS Allahabad in a batch. The division is as follows-
There are total of 60 seats for MBA general specialization.
And 120 seats for MBA in agriculture business, out of which 30 seats are filled via ICAR and 90 via SHUATS.
there are 10 more seats available for MBA in dairy business management.

The placement stats of SHUATS Allahabad MBA is quite decent, more than 60% students got placed with the highest package of 40000 per month and the lowest salary of 15000 per month. The average package was around 3.5 LPA.
Top recruiting companies were BARE, Syngenta and VNR Seeds etc.
The top roles offered were like HR, CEO.

For applying for BTech at SHUATS Allahabad one must have completed 12th from CBSE or UP board with atleat 50% marks for general category and 45% for reserved category.
After satisfying this criteria, students have to qualify the SHIATS entrance exam. Which completely merit based.
For few courses like agricultural, food technology and dairy specialisation BTech, there is another entrance called SOET (SHUATS online entrance exam)

The major scholarships at SHUATS Allahabad are -
Chaplain's scholarship- which is for needy Christian students and can be availed by submitting LOR from church and baptism certificate and parents income certificate.
Also there is an earning while you learn program, which allows you to work as teaching assistant and earn from it.
