You want to compare SHUATS and Quantum School of Agricultural Studies, two universities that offer agricultural programs in India. SHUATS has a longer history, more variety of programs, and a focus on research and extension, but a lower NIRF ranking and limited online reviews. Quantum has a higher NIRF ranking, modern facilities, and industry collaborations, but limited programme offerings and a shorter reputation. You should also consider the location, fees, scholarships, and your specific interests of each university. To make the best decision, you should visit their websites, attend information sessions, talk to students and alumni,

Shuats prefer FIFO system, which means first come first out, so if your rank is good and within 400 then you can easily get B.Tech Agriculture, B.Sc Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy Technology, Food Technology.
But if you have rank more than 400 then it may be little difficult to get admission in these stream because of ICER quota and many other quota.
Secondly if you want to take admission in any other field like Mechanical, Electrical, CS, IT, Production Engineering then rank between 2000 to 3000 is enough.
Mainly all the rush are on Agriculture and Food related courses else are not that much in demand.

Only single plus point is, you get ample time if you wanna prepare for government sectors while studying in this university!
But DTU is more better than SHUATS because DTU has a lush green campus providing the excellent classrooms and
