It depends upon you as an individual as to what you pick and learn from the course , the course is designed to add value to your individual knowledge and growth. You'd be well verse with various topics in these two years . job opportunities with big pharma companies in feild of marketing finance it operations are offered . it gives you an edge to have a management background along with pharma background .

Your percentile is low. Still you have chance because 80% weightage given to the GD-PI. You have to be very good in GD-PI process to convert the call.

No there is no discrimination,as far as avg salary for fresher is concern, they sit for the gdpi process with the experience guys and package is some for every one.The data is very old as it is not updated , you can go to the college website directly and get the required information www.siescoms.edu

You easily get HR. And you can choose whatever specialization you want. There is no major and minor specialization in college you have to choose one specialization for your course. And The institute offers five specializations in PGDM program: Sales and Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations and Supply Chain Management and Information
