There is no lower cutoff as such. But will suggest having a score of more than 85% - 90 percentile through any exams. You can get all weightage related information by clicking the link below:

PGDM is a college driven private course the curriculum of which is decided by the college and is updated every year keeping in mind the requirements of the corporate world.
so, curriculum-wise PGDM is the best option as MMS is a university driven programme the syllabus of which is decided by the university and may take 3 to 4-years to get updated again.

No, only Tamil minority candidates will be eligible under the linguistic minority, but if the college decides that at the time of admission that all south Indian candidates can apply under the same then it will be notified accordingly.

You can secure admission in SIES through all scores, that is, CET, CMAT, MAT, CAT and others. But if you are from Maharashtra and applying for MMS through CET, it has certain advantages, the cut-offs are pretty low for Maharashtra candidates applying via CET score. But if he or she is applying via CMAT, the place of the candidate residing does not matter and he will be counted under All India Seats and the cut-off for the same is above 99.7%ile.

You can't pursue MMS with CMAT marks. MH-CET is required for MMS.

Sorry, I don't have any Idea about Sydenham college as such. But as per my knowledge, Sydenham accept scores more than 99% in MAT as it is the top most college. So, there acceptance ratio is also high.
