Yes, you are eligible for government jobs if you will pursue a Diploma from Singhania University because it is a deemed university which is recognised by UGC and in government exams the eligibility is to be passed from a recognised university.

You should not judge a university by the report of news channel. It provide degree as per UGC norms.
