There are choices available for two-sharing and three-sharing rooms. All the basic amenities are available in the hostels, and even there is a provision for hygienic food, though according to one student review, the quality of food is to be improved.

The eligibility criteria for admission to B.Tech. at SJB Institute of Technology in Bangalore, India is to meet the minimum 12th grade percentage requirement which is 45%. Candidates from OBC, SC, and ST must also be domiciled in Karnataka. SJB Institute of Technology offers a variety of B.Tech. courses, including: Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
