The candidate's performance on the entrance examination and in their B.Sc. degree programme are two key factors that decide the cutoff for M.Tech admissions at SKUAST Jammu. The candidate who wants to be admitted to SKUAST Jammu's M.Tech in Agriculture Engineering normally has to complete a related undergraduate degree with at least 55% of the total marks in that exam (e.g. a B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering). Hence, students are requested to check the official website of the respective institute regularly for the latest updates.

The cut-off of Sher-e-Kashmir University of agriculture Science and technology (SKUAST) in Jammu is generally based on various factors like:

  • Number of students appearing for the exam
  • Difficulty level of exam.
  • Number of seats available

And many more factors like this.

SKUAST conduct their own entrance exam which is known as SKUAST Jammu common entrance test.

From the previous data following are cutoff:

  • 60%-70% for the general category.

And there is no such data given for SC ST or OBC category but in my point of you the cutoff for the reserve category will be likely less than the general category
