SNAP score is vaild for one year only. If you have appeared for the exam in 2025, then the scores will be valid for admission to 2026 batch only. If you decide to drop a year, you will have to appear for the exam again, next year.

If your name does not reflect in the first list of candidates selected for admission through SNAP, then you must wait for second list. Colleges release wait list of candidates who are eligible for admission, if the seats remain vacant after first round of admission.

Minimum academic requirement for SIU admission through SNAP is graduation with at least 50% marks (45 % for reserved categories). Higher your academic score, higher the chances of getting selected.

Symbiosis National Aptitude Test 2024 results was announced on January 8, 2025. The date of SNAP result declaration was announced by the exam conducting body - Symbiosis International (Deemed) University on August 5, 2024.
Test takers were required to download their scorecards from the exam website by using their login credentials before the download window closes. The hard copy of the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test result will not be sent to any student by post. Candidates must note that they will have to use the best score of their attempts in SNAP for seeking selection to the admission round of SIU institutes. The selection will be

The next steps in the SIU MBA admission process after the SNAP exam are Group Exercise (GE), Personal Interaction (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT).
Shortlisted candidates must participate in GE/PI and WAT rounds to pass the second phase of the admission process. The final selection is based on each candidate’s academic record and performance in SNAP and GE/PI and WAT.
Points allotted to SNAP and GE/PI/WAT for final selection:

On the SNAP Test official website, the SNAP 2023 result will be announced on January 10, 2024, and the SNAP 2023 cut-offs will be declared after that. You can expect the SNAP 2023 cut-off sometime in February 2024. Candidates will be able to download their scorecards using their login credentials.
SNAP cut-offs are released by all 16 Symbiosis International (Deemed) University (SIU) institutes individually for admission after the exam result declaration.

The marking scheme of the SNAP exam is-
- The SNAP exam duration is 60 minutes without a break or sectional time limit.
The total number of questions is 60.
SNAP General English section has 15 questions, The Analytical & Logical Reasoning section (A-LR) has 25 questions and the Quantitative-Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency (QA, DI-DS) has 20 questions.
The total mark of the exam is 60.
Every question carries 1 mark and there is a negative marking of - 0.25 marks for every wrong attempt.
Up to three attempts are allowed for every aspirant (you will have to pay the fee per attempt).
The difficulty level of the SNAP exam is easy to moderate.
