SNAP- Symbiosis National Aptitude Test
It's the entrance test for admission in the renowned Symbiosis B-schools.
There are many coaching institutes who train for SNAP all over India, but a lot in Pune, but the famous ones out of the lot are as follows:
*Career Forum: - There are various platforms like classroom teaching, distance courses and test series. SNAP is a bit different from CAT/MAT so it requires a customized approach in which Career Forum is good enough as they have lot of research papers and questions to tackle and prepare students for the best
*IMS: - IMS is the popular one for SNAP as they have different categories like SNAP comprehensive, SNAP express & SNAP intensive and other things. It's also classroom teaching, correspondence teaching and tests.
*Global Education Counsel: - They offer effective coaching for the SNAP test through weekday and weekend batches and they also offer free mock test through their website.
There are many other institutions too, but all of these are costly enough.

Preparation can be of three types: Self, Self plus coaching, Coaching,
It depends on whether you are working or a student. So, if you are working you have to prepare either by self-using the correspondence booklets or you can take option of taking weekend coaching classes or you can buy some famous books used for preparation of MBA entrance exams. But if you are a student then you have good amount of time to prepare so you can use the correspondence courses and books initially for self-preparation and later can join coaching classes for brushing up your preparation with added techniques. So, any MBA entrance exam have generally three sections-Quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning & data interpretation and Verbal reasoning along with study of general current affairs. So, depending upon your strengths, weakness and speed prepare the three sections accordingly and nail the exam.
So in the end, practice lot of questions on SNAP.

Tough is just a relative term. There is nothing called tougher to crack or easy to crack. This view depends upon the preparation of the exam you are giving. There are a number of exams conducted in India for the MBA type courses. Exams like CAT, XAT, GMAT, MAT, IBSAT, NMAT, SNAP, etc. have some minor tweaking and variations apart from the main sections. Each of these exams has a quantitative aptitude, verbal reasoning, logical reasoning and data interpretation, apart from GK or essay writing section in some of the exams. So, you have to prepare accordingly for these exams either by taking coaching classes or correspondence course or by self-preparation or by following recommended books. After you have prepared for the most difficult level questions, you may try to get some question banks for the specific exam you are targeting either offline mode I.e. books on exams or online mode i.e. free question banks websites or paid question banks for practice.

SNAP or the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test is the MBA entrance exam conducted by the Symbiosis International University for the admission in MBA programmes of the 15 B-schools under the university. It is a paper pencil based test of 2 hours having 150 questions from 4 sections.

Be focused and calm. For the last month keep all the formulas and tricks handy and revise on a daily basis.
Remember not to be emotional while solving or appearing for exam. Manage your time wisely.
Be devoted, dedicated and determined to whatever you do.

SNAP syllabus is not much different from other national-level MBA entrance tests. SNAP exam tests the aptitude of a candidate for management programmes.The test comprises four sections General English: Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability / Quantitative Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency / General Awareness: General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Business Scenario / Analytical & Logical Reasoning.
