It is very difficult to get admission in SIBM, Pune with a low percentile in SNAP. However, you may be able to get a call from a Symbiosis Institute, provided that you belong to SC/Disabled category. The expected SNAP cut off 2017 for SIMS, Pune will most likely be around 50- 55 percentile for general defense category.

I think it is difficult but still can't say because agri business also goes for high cutoff since after IRMA , SIIB comes in the field of agri business.

Unfortunately you are not eligible for admission to SIBM Pune, as we only accept candidates who have appeared for SNAP test.

In order to become eligible for admission in any college affiliated to Symbiosis International (Deemed University), a minimum of 50% is required at the graduation level. After SNAP, as long as you have the minimum required percentage in your graduation, you will be eligible for the GE-PI process at SIBM Pune.

Hi Sunny, at SIBM Bengaluru, we do not have a specialized course on Business Analytics. However, all four specializations have analytics in their curriculum. We have modules of R, SPSS, and Tableau etc. These are mandatory to clear a semester. This helps immensely with the placements as well.
The Cut off percentile last year was 89.65%. This is expected to increase this year and range between 91-93%.

There are a lot of websites which offer last 6 months general awareness. Try to read it. Be prepared by going through the daily newspaper.

XAT takes applicants for Xavier's institutes across India.
SNAP for Symbiosis, NMAT for all three NMIMs across India. Although XAT score is also accepted in other colleges, you can say it's better to appear for XAT along with the others to be on safe side.
