Yes, SNAP scores are considered by SIBM Hyderabad for MBA and EMBA programme admissions. SNAP is an obligatory entrance examination held by Symbiosis International University. All candidates must hold valid SNAP scores to be qualified for subsequent rounds. GE and PI are done after SNAP announcements.

Yes, SIMC admits students on the basis of SNAP scores for the MBA course. Applicants who desire to take the MBA course are required to take SNAP and secure a good score in order to be shortlisted for subsequent rounds of selection. Admission for the MA course is not through SNAP but has its own entrance procedure based on the course.

Yes, SNAP can be considered easier than all other MBA entrance exams but one needs to still prepare for it with complete dedication. The SNAP may be considered easier as it is a 60-minute exam and the number of questions is also 60. The English section does not have RC passages and QA-DI are easy. Moreover, one can attempt it thrice in the same academic session and use the best score of all attempts to seek admission.

There will be no arrangement for depositing bags, valuables or any personal belongings at the SNAP 2025 exam centre. Candidates should not carry any such item on the exam day. Or they must have guardian/friend accompanying them who can look after their belongings while they appear for the test.

On the SNAP exam day, candidates are required to carry only two copies of their admit card, a photo ID proof, passport size photo and a blue/black ball point pen. They need not carry any other item as nothing apart from these items will be allowed inside the exam venue. Candidates must check the instructions related to this in the SNAP admit card

SNAP exam fee 2025 can be paid until the last date of the application form submission. If the fee is not paid within the deadline, the application form will not get submitted. Thus, the aspirant will not be eligible to appear in the SNAP exam. The best time to pay the fee is at the time of form filling. The process of SNAP form filling is such that, the fee payment is the second and mandatory step. Without paying the SNAP fee, you cannot access the application form. The fee for college selection is to be paid after form filling.

SNAP exam preparation requires about 6 months so candidates must start studying for it from June onwards. The SNAP exam is conducted in three sessions and the first session is conducted in the first week of December, second session is conducted in the second week and the third session is conducted in the third week. So, while making a SNAP prep plan, candidates must keep in mind which exam session will they appear for. Those who have appeared for SNAP before or are preparing for other MBA entrance exams too, can start SNAP preparation from August-September.
