Soundarya Institute of Management and Science, or SIMS, follows a relatively average placement record. The institute provides career support by running a placement cell. Here, recruitment drives, workshops, as well as training sessions are held to help the students develop skills in employability. However, the placement opportunities depend considerably on the demands of the industry and on the performance of the student. Many students get placed in mid-level functions in the IT, banking, and retail sectors. The salary packages can be different. The average salary range is between INR 2.5 to INR 5 LPA despite all the things it offers.
