If you want to take BA Spanish or French admission in 2025, best choices are Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), and Burdwan University. Admission is generally on CUET UG marks. Some of these colleges are College of Vocational Studies and Daulat Ram College (DU) which offer honours courses in these languages. Keep an eye on CUET registration dates as well as college-specific cutoffs for 2025 admissions.
