To login into the SRCC GBO candidate portal, candidates will require their User ID and password. In case the candidates forget their password or user ID, they can follow the steps mentioned below to know how to retrieve them.

1. Visit the official website of SRCC GBO.
2. Click on the candidate portal tab
3. Now, click on the Forgot password button.
4. Enter the date of birth (as mentioned in the application form), registered mobile number and registered email ID which were used at the time of SRCC GBO registration.
5. Candidates now need to enter the captcha code and click on the reset password button.
6. Candidates will receive a reset link on their registered email Id and mobile number. Click on the reset link and the students will be redirected to a new webpage where they can set a new password.

On the SRCC GBO exam day, candidates have to follow certain guidelines which include reaching on time, cooperating with the exam centre staff, following instructions of the test invigilator and following the test navigation for solving the SRCC GBO questions. There are some key dos and don'ts that candidates should follow on the SRCC GBO exam day, which have been listed below:

1. Reach the examination centre at the reporting time mentioned on your SRCC GBO admit card
2. Carry a copy of the SRCC GBO admit card, one photo ID card and passport size photos
3. PwD candidates should carry the relevant certificates and documents as prescribed by the examination authorities. 
4. Carry a blue/black ball point pen for signing the attendance sheet
5. Carry personal drinking water, hand sanitizer, face masks and gloves
6. Cooperate with the GBO test centre staff and follow instructions during entry
7. Candidates must write their name and roll numbers on the rough sheet provided by the invigilator and sign on it

Candiates should carry their SRCC GBO admit card, photo ID proof and only a pen. Every candidate appearing for the SRCC GBO exam must carry a simple blue/black ball point pen and a two copies of their passport size photo to the SRCC GBO exam centre. They must not carry any stationary item other than the pen. Ever since the COVID-19 outbreak, SRCC GBO aspirants are required to carry drinking water, hand sanitizer, face mask and gloves along with them. They have to carry drinking water in a transparent bottle. No other item will be allowed inside the exam venue. They also must not carry bags or valuables as there will be no arrangement for depositing while candidates appear for the exam. Candidates must also not carry notebooks or rough paper to the SRCC GBO exam centre. Any candidate found with an unauthorised item will be disqualified.

No, candidates can only download the SRCC GBO admit card online from the website of SRCC GBO. Once the candidates have successfully registered for the SRCC GBO exam, and paid the application fee, they will be allowwed to download the SRCC GBO  admit card once released. To download the SRCC GBO hall ticket, candidates need to use their login credentails which were generated during the registration process, i.e. Username and Password. Candidatss will not be given a hard copy by post or otherwise of the SRCC GBO hall ticket.

Candidates need to carry the printout of the SRCC GBO admit card to the exam centre on the exam day to gain entry into the exam hall.
