Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses to the students.
From all their courses best undergraduate courses are BA in Sanskrit Literature and B.A in Sanskrit.
And for postgraduate courses M.Sc in Psychology and M.Sc in Geography are one of the best courses offered here.

The Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit (SSUS) offers 19 programs and 5 courses. The fees for some of the courses are as follows:

- B.F.A: 2,325 for the first year
- M.Sc: 4,430 for the first year
- PG Diploma: 48,950 for the total fees
