Also, the course which you are in will decide the opportunities available to you. So I would suggest to not completely rely on their placement cell for a job security, give your efforts to explore other places as well. 

As of now we have no idea about the latest cut off for the course. And I would suggest that you should regularly check their websites for the release of merit lists. To get an approximate marks cut off I would suggest that you either ask your seniors or some educational places such as coaching centers abouyt the past cut off and merit list system.
