Yes, there is a placement cell at Sri Sunflower College of Engineering and Technology (SSCET). This cell is responsible for bringing companies for placement process. they also conduct mock interviews ans tests. but placements are not very good.

B.E. B / B.Tech courses are more practical and B.E. courses are theoratical, so B.Tech courses provides better industry experience which in turn is good for better placement. Also there are modern facilities, including well-equipped labs and resources, which enhance the learning experience better.

The selection at Sri Sunflower College of Engineering and Technology is based on the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET score. Also students must have passed Class 10th + 12th with at least 50% aggregate marks in the Science stream, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects., 40% is for reserved category.

There are three types of rooms available: single, double sharing, and triple sharing.
For a single room, the hostel fee is up to INR 40,000 per year, and the mess fee is upto INR 30,000, bringing the total annual cost to atmost INR 70,000.
For double sharing rooms, the hostel fee is up to INR 30,000 and the mess fee is upto INR 28,000, making the total cost of upto INR 58,000 per year.
For triple sharing rooms, the hostel fee is around INR 25,000, and the mess fee is also INR 25,000, resulting in an annual cost of INR 50,000. Apart from these there would be additional expense of 2k-5k roughly.

As The selection at Sri Sunflower College of Engineering and Technology is based on the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET score, the closing rank for general category is 172230 and for BCA around 166463 and for sc 160567, so its moderately tough. the cut off is more for computer Science and electronics and electrical courses. also minimum of 50% in the 10+2 examination is required for general category students.
